Preview Roundups
January 29, 2018
Charlotte at Indiana 7:00 PM ET
Coming off the sting of a loss at the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Indiana Pacers needed a late rally to knock off lowly Orlando on Saturday. The Pacers will try to settle things a little earlier when they take on another sub-.500 Eastern Conference foe in the visiting Charlotte Hornets on Monday.
Minnesota at Atlanta 7:30 PM ET
The Minnesota Timberwolves are a different team with Jimmy Butler in the lineup, and the All-Star guard's return helped them avoid a three-game slide. Butler will continue to shake off the rust and try to lead the Timberwolves to back-to-back victories when they visit the NBA-worst Atlanta Hawks on Monday.
Phoenix at Memphis 8:00 PM ET
The Memphis Grizzlies will try to finish their four-game homestand with a .500 mark when they host the Phoenix Suns on Monday. After taking the opener of the homestand, the Grizzlies have dropped two in a row to match their longest losing streak since before Christmas.
Philadelphia at Milwaukee 8:00 PM ET
The Milwaukee Bucks are 3-0 since firing head coach Jason Kidd and the change at the helm may have lit a fire under some of the players. The Bucks seek their first four-game winning streak since November when they host the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday.
Miami at Dallas 8:30 PM ET
The Miami Heat dropped four of their last seven games and needed to overcome a 15-point, second-half deficit to down the visiting Charlotte Hornets on Saturday. The Heat will try to tighten some things on the offensive end when they begin a four-game road trip by visiting the Dallas Mavericks on Monday.
Boston at Denver 9:00 PM ET
The Boston Celtics are still holding onto the best record in the Eastern Conference but dropped five of their last six games after suffering a narrow loss at Golden State on Saturday. The Celtics will try to come out even on a four-game road trip when they finish up by visiting the Denver Nuggets on Monday.
