Baye Ndongo scored a game-high 21 points on 9-for-11 shooting from the field to help lead Georgia Tech to an upset win over No. 7 Duke, 72-68, in Atlanta on Saturday.

Miles Kelly poured in 16 for the Yellow Jackets (4-2), who beat Duke for just the second time since 2010. Kowacie Reeves added 14 points on 4-for-5 3-point shooting.

Jeremy Roach paced Duke's scoring with 20 points on 6-for-12 shooting from the field. Kyle Filipowski and Caleb Foster added 12 points apiece for the Blue Devils (5-3), who couldn't complete an 11-point second-half comeback.

After trailing since the 5:38 mark of the first half, a pair of Filipowski free-throws tied the game at 60 with 4:15 remaining. Back-to-back dunks by Mark Mitchell then gave the Blue Devils a four-point lead -- their biggest of the game -- with 2:22 left.

After four straight points from Georgia Tech's Kelly, Filipowski and Ndongo each scored layups to knot the score at 68 with 1:18 left.

Mitchell then turned the ball over, which Georgia Tech turned into a Ndongo dunk to make the score 70-68. On the ensuing Duke possession, Roach gave the ball back to the Yellow Jackets on a turnover of his own.

Georgia Tech freshman Naithan George then missed the front end of a one-and-one from the free throw line with 18 seconds left.

Roach then missed a jump shot and Kelly rebounded it with .3 seconds left and hit a pair of game-clinching free throws.

Georgia Tech jumped out to a 12-2 lead, connecting on four of its first five 3-pointers. After trailing by as many as 11 in the first-half, Duke rallied to cut the deficit to just four at halftime, trailing 35-31. The Yellow Jackets' first half scoring was paced by Ndongo and Kelly, who each had 10. Roach led Duke with 11 points in the first half.

Duke's Tyrese Proctor went down with a lower leg injury just one minute and 16 seconds into the game and didn't return. Entering Saturday, Proctor was averaging 11.7 points and 5.4 assists per game.
