Talib Zanna scored 15 points and the visiting Panthers picked up their first Big East victory in convincing fashion.

Pittsburgh (13-3, 1-2 Big East) shot 55.1 percent (27-for-49) and forced 16 turnovers in snapping the Hoyas' 14-game home winning streak and recording its largest margin of victory in the 77-game series. Tray Woodall added 11 points and a game-high seven assists.

Otto Porter Jr. scored nine points to lead Georgetown (10-3, 0-2), which shot 36.1 percent (13-for-36) and fell shy of 50 points for the fourth time this season. Nate Lubick chipped in seven points on 3-of-3 shooting and had a team-high seven boards.

Pittsburgh used an early 17-4 run to take charge and finished the first half with a 13-5 burst to take a 37-22 lead at the break. The Hoyas took only one more shot (16) than the Panthers made in the opening 20 minutes.

Georgetown was within 47-34 midway through the second when a Steven Adams dunk started an 11-1 Pittsburgh surge that put it out of reach. A Zanna jumper with 1:40 left gave Pittsburgh its largest lead at 70-40.
