Arizona 72, Oregon State 61: Kyle Fogg scored 17 of his 22 points in the second half and Jesse Perry had 16 points and 11 rebounds as the Wildcats downed the Beavers in the Pac-12 tournament semifinals.

Solomon Hill added 12 points as fourth-seeded Arizona (23-10) overcame a seven-point halftime deficit and will meet Colorado in Saturday’s championship game.

Roberto Nelson scored 19 points, Devon Collier tallied 15 and Jared Cunningham added 14 for ninth-seeded Oregon State (19-14).

The Wildcats trailed 34-27 at halftime before starting the second half with a 20-3 run to take a 10-point lead. Perry and Nick Johnson each scored six points during the stretch while Oregon State missed 16 of its first 17 second-half shots until Cunningham scored on a layup with 11:32 remaining.

Fogg’s outside jumper gave Arizona a 58-44 advantage with 6:39 to play.

The Beavers shot only 27.3 percent in the second half after making 50 percent of their first-half shots.

Oregon State built its halftime lead by overcoming a nine-point deficit with an 18-1 run that included 13 straight points. Cunningham’s three-point play gave the Beavers a 25-23 lead and Collier’s dunk culminated the stretch and gave Oregon State an eight-point lead.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Arizona was 9 for 18 from 3-point range. … The Beavers hadn’t won a Pac-12 tournament game since 2006 before this season’s two victories. … Hill fouled out with 5:30 to play when he was whistled for his fourth foul and then drew a technical while disputing the call. … Oregon State guard Ahmad Starks made his lone 3-point basket with one minute remaining after making eight in the first two games of the tournament.
