Aaron Bright scored 16 points and made four 3-pointers to lead Stanford to a 68-44 victory over visiting Arizona State on Thursday.
Chasson Randle scored 14 points and Anthony Brown added 11 as Stanford (16-6, 6-4) snapped a three-game losing streak.
Jordan Bachynski scored a career-best 20 points for Arizona State (7-15, 3-7), which has lost four of five games and played without leading scorer Trent Lockett (ankle) for the fifth consecutive contest.
Bright connected on all four of his 3-pointers in the second half as Stanford built on an eight-point halftime and led by as many as 27 in the second half.
Bright hit three 3-pointers during a 13-0 run early in the half as Stanford took a 41-22 lead with 15:09 remaining on a fast-break dunk by Josh Owens.
The Sun Devils shot only 34.2 percent from the field and were 4 for 19 from 3-point range. Bachynski was 5 of 6 from the field while the rest of the squad was 8 for 32.
Arizona State led 14-9 midway through the first half before the Cardinal scored seven straight points as part of a half-ending 19-6 surge that gave Stanford a 28-20 lead.
