Keiton Page scored a game-high 23 points and Jan-Paul Olukemi scored 21 as Oklahoma State showed signs of improvement in Saturday’s 84-70 victory over Missouri State at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater, Okla.
Forward Marshall Moses entered the game as Oklahoma State's leading scorer at 19.2 points per game and was shooting 63 percent from the floor, but was limited to 13 points on 4-of-7 shooting.
Darrell Williams (10) and Markel Brown (10) also scored in double digits for the Cowboys (9-1).
The scoring depth is very important considering Oklahoma State needs all-around contributions after losing Obi Muonelo and Big 12 Conference Player of the Year James Anderson.
Moses had filled the role of go-to scorer, but the Cowboys need other players to step up on his off nights.
Kyle Weems had 20 points on 7-of-11 shooting before fouling out for the Bears (6-3).
Oklahoma State is 6-0 all-time in the series.
