Thunder 106, Trail Blazers 90: Russell Westbrook scored 33 points to lead five players in double figures as visiting Oklahoma City clinched the Northwest Division for the third straight year.

Reggie Jackson had a career-high 17 points and Kevin Durant added 16 for the Thunder, who led by one at halftime before outscoring Portland 26-7 in the third quarter. Oklahoma City maintained a half-game lead over second-place San Antonio in the Western Conference with two games to play.

Will Barton scored 18 points to lead the Trail Blazers, who lost their 10th straight game and fell to 0-4 against the Thunder this season. LaMarcus Aldridge had 12 points while rookie star Damian Lillard missed 11 of his 14 shots and finished with 10 points.

Thabo Sefolosha hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer before the break to give Oklahoma City a 55-54 lead, and the Thunder dominated the second half. Westbrook scored 17 points in the decisive third quarter, when Portland missed 18 of 21 shots from the field.

Oklahoma City shot 51.9 percent and hit nine 3-pointers. The Thunder finished the season at 26-15 on the road, second best in the NBA behind the Heat (28-12).

GAME NOTEBOOK: The NBA fined Durant $25,000 for making a menacing gesture during the Thunder's win against Golden State on Thursday. … Oklahoma City has won the third quarter in its last two games by a combined score of 62-30. … The Thunder improved to 10-5 on the second night of a back-to-back this season.
