Five Baltimore Orioles pitchers combined to limit the host Chicago White Sox to just one hit in a 4-1 victory on Friday.

Austin Hays belted an RBI double and Richie Martin had an RBI single. Martin also recorded two of Baltimore's five stolen bases.

In the top of the first inning, Cedric Mullins scored on a wild pitch for the Orioles, who collected their season high-tying third win in a row and sixth in their last eight games. Baltimore also won three straight games from May 8-10.

Rookie Adley Rutschman came home on a balk for the Orioles in the top of the fourth.

Joey Krehbiel (3-3) relieved starter Austin Voth and picked up the win after striking out three en route to retiring all seven batters he faced in 2 1/3 scoreless innings. Bryan Baker and Cionel Perez retired all four batters they faced before Jorge Lopez worked the ninth inning for his 13th save of the season.

Jake Burger recorded the lone hit for Chicago with an RBI double in the second inning. Michael Kopech (2-4) permitted three runs on as many hits and issued four walks to take the loss for the White Sox.

Baltimore bolted out of the blocks as Mullins reached on a bunt single to lead off the first inning. He promptly stole second, advanced to third on a groundout and scored on a wild pitch from Kopech.

The Orioles doubled the advantage in the second inning after Jorge Mateo was hit by a pitch, prompting players from both benches and bullpens to empty onto the field. Order was restored quickly and Mateo promptly stole second, had a spirited conversation with White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson and scored on Martin's single to right field.

Burger halved the deficit in the second inning before Rutschman gave Baltimore a 3-1 lead in the fourth, albeit in unconventional fashion. He ripped a one-out double to right field and advanced to third on a groundout before coming home on a balk by Kopech.

The Orioles added to their advantage in the eighth after Trey Mancini doubled to lead off the inning and came home on Hays' double to left-center field.
