Rockies 7, Dodgers 3: Carlos Gonzalez and Troy Tulowitzki delivered two-run doubles as Colorado completed a seven-game road trip by winning its series with Los Angeles.

Michael Cuddyer also drove in a pair while Josh Rutledge had three hits and an RBI for Colorado, which had five doubles among its 12 hits. Josh Outman (1-0) pitched two scoreless innings in relief of struggling Rockies starter Juan Nicasio, who allowed three runs and struck out six in four innings.

Adrian Gonzalez hit a two-run homer for the Dodgers, who alternated wins and losses during their six-game homestand. Josh Beckett (0-4) yielded five runs (four earned) and struck out six in four innings to fall to 2-7 in 13 starts with the Dodgers.

Tulowitzki, who missed the previous two games because of a shoulder injury, hit his double into the left-center gap with the bases loaded in the first inning and Cuddyer followed with a sacrifice fly. Gonzalez's homer - a towering shot over the short wall in right field on a 2-2 slider - made it 3-2 in the bottom half.
