Marlins 4, Brewers 0: Mark Buehrle pitched shutout ball into the eighth and Carlos Lee had two hits and scored a run in his Miami debut as the visiting Marlins split the series with Milwaukee.
Logan Morrison had two hits and drove in two runs for the Marlins, opening the scoring with an RBI single in the fourth and adding a run-scoring fielder's choice in the eighth. Pinch hitter Greg Dobbs chipped in a two-run homer in the ninth.
Buehrle (8-8) struck out eight and allowed six hits over 7 2/3 innings. He did not issue a walk and allowed just two extra-base hits in winning his third straight start.
Brewers rookie Michael Fiers (3-3) was nearly as good, allowing just two runs on seven hits with nine strikeouts in 7 1/3 innings.
After Randy Choate hit Milwaukee's Norichika Aoki with a pitch to start the ninth, Heath Bell came on to record the final three outs for his 19th save.
Lee, who was acquired from Houston on Wednesday, doubled to lead off the fourth and scored on Morrison's single. He added a single in the eighth.
Aoki went 2-for-3 to extend his hitting streak to a career-high 12 games.
